All meetings will be in the sanctuary of First Christian Church in Martins Ferry, OH (710 Zane Hwy). Please make note of which meetings you are required to attend and what time you need to be there for each.
- 5:30 - 6:00 Co-op Teacher Training - This part is for current Co-op Teachers ONLY. We will be going over the teacher rules and classroom management strategies.
- 6:00 - 6:30 Co-op Participant Meeting - This part is for registered participants in the 2024-25 Co-op. We will be going over the Co-op schedule, rules, and policies.

- 6:30 - 8:00 Mandatory Annual Member Meeting - This part is for ALL MEMBERS.
The annual OVCHE business meeting is MANDATORY for all members! This is a business-type meeting, where we will be going over a number of items including budget, policy, leadership and organizational changes. If you are unable to attend the Member Meeting, please email an excuse to [email protected]. This meeting is for adults only. No childcare will be available, but nursing babies are always welcome.
The penalty for failing to attend or submit a valid excuse is that your account will be "parked" (meaning you will lose access to OVCHE.org and will be unable to sign-up for events). To "un-park" your account, please contact a Board representative to receive the relevant information from the meeting. A list of Board members can be found under the "About Us" tab on the website.
** We will have a time of fellowship with refreshments in the Fellowship Hall immediately following the meeting. Please bring a snack or dessert to share! Drinks will be provided. **
New families and individuals considering membership in OVCHE are welcome to attend. Please sign-up for all parts that you plan to attend.
There will not be a live-stream/virtual option for attending.
